Responsibility
- Assist medical staff with patient intake, including registration, vital signs measurement, and medical history documentation.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and reminders to ensure optimal clinic flow.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Prepare and organize examination rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, addressing inquiries, and offering support.
- Assist in basic medical procedures under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a safe clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistance, or related healthcare field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a clinical, hospital, or medical office setting is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, basic computer applications, and electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with infection control protocols and medical ethics.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergencies, if required.
