Responsibility
- Assist medical professionals with patient intake, including recording vital signs and medical histories.
- Manage front-desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining patient records.
- Prepare and organize examination rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Provide administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and managing clinic correspondence.
- Educate patients on clinic procedures, policies, and follow-up care instructions.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow and timely service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking medical supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical assisting or related field is a plus.
