Responsibility
- Assist medical professionals with patient care, examinations, and procedures
- Manage patient records, appointments, and clinic documentation accurately
- Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure a clean, safe environment
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate with pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist in administrative tasks, including billing, insurance claims, and data entry
- Adhere to clinic policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setting (preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, clinic management software)
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from medical staff
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus
