Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Assist medical staff with basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and sterilizing equipment.
- Handle administrative duties, including billing, insurance processing, and inventory management of medical supplies.
- Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients regarding procedures, follow-ups, and general inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinic policies, and infection control protocols.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and participating in clinic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1â2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative role (e.g., clinic, hospital, or medical office).
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, patient care, and clinical procedures.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
