Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Liaise between financial advisors, clients, and internal teams to implement tailored financial strategies and solutions.
- Prepare and review financial agreements, investment applications, and other client-related documents with precision.
- Monitor client portfolios and proactively address any service or administrative requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity across all client interactions.
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering updates in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all processes adhere to Australian financial regulations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and streamline operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client services, financial services, or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment processes, and regulatory compliance (Australian market knowledge is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and client-focused tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, XPLAN) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure error-free documentation and service delivery.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with global teams.
