Responsibility

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate responses.
  • Manage client onboarding processes, including documentation, account setup, and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate with financial advisors to schedule meetings, prepare reports, and ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Process client transactions, requests, and service changes in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare and distribute client communications, including statements, newsletters, and regulatory updates.
  • Monitor client accounts for discrepancies and proactively resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, administration, or a similar role within financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with banking, investment, or wealth management products and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential client information.
