PERSOL is currently seeking a highly motivated Client Service Executive to join our team in the West region. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between our prestigious banking clients and the organization, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery within our Custody operations.

Responsibility

  • Act as the primary point of contact for banking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Manage end-to-end custody service requests, ensuring all transactions and documentation meet regulatory and bank standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and follow up on pending items to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Operations and Compliance, to streamline service workflows.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding their portfolios and service status.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery processes and client experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on banking policies and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in client services, preferably within the banking or custody sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and regulatory banking compliance requirements is a distinct advantage.
