In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic advisor to top-tier brands and advertising agencies, leveraging Grab's unique super-app data to deliver high-impact marketing solutions.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by cultivating long-term relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the programmatic and performance marketing landscape, combined with the ability to translate complex data insights into compelling advertising narratives. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders at major brands and leading media agencies.
  • Consult with clients to design integrated marketing solutions that leverage Grab’s ecosystem (Ads, Rewards, and Consumer insights).
  • Lead client presentations, pitch sessions, and quarterly business reviews with a focus on data-backed ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to optimize campaign performance and delivery.
  • Provide thought leadership on market trends, competitive intelligence, and advertising technology innovations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract closure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, media planning, or account management within an agency or ad-tech environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale brand portfolios and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian advertising market, including programmatic, social, and display media.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in interpreting data to drive actionable business insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and matrixed organizational environment.
