Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders at major brands and leading media agencies.
- Consult with clients to design integrated marketing solutions that leverage Grab’s ecosystem (Ads, Rewards, and Consumer insights).
- Lead client presentations, pitch sessions, and quarterly business reviews with a focus on data-backed ROI.
- Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to optimize campaign performance and delivery.
- Provide thought leadership on market trends, competitive intelligence, and advertising technology innovations.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract closure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, media planning, or account management within an agency or ad-tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale brand portfolios and driving significant revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian advertising market, including programmatic, social, and display media.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in interpreting data to drive actionable business insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and matrixed organizational environment.
