Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve client issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Proactively gather client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to enhance the overall client journey.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems.
  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies to foster long-term relationships.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and report insights to management.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our services.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles (customer service, account management, or sales).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Empathy and patience in handling client concerns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with HR or outsourcing services is an advantage.
