Responsibility
- Serve as the dedicated primary contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring seamless service delivery across legal, finance, tax, and HR functions.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify evolving client needs and proactively offer solutions that align with their business goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal specialized departments (Tax, Legal, HR) to ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate service execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex regulatory environments and operational requirements in Indonesia.
- Manage client expectations and mitigate potential issues through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
- Drive client retention and loyalty by maintaining high service level agreement (SLA) standards and consistent engagement.
- Prepare and present professional progress reports and service proposals to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, client relations, or consulting, preferably within professional services.
- Solid understanding of corporate operational requirements in Indonesia, including basics of tax, legal compliance, and HR administration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and business owners.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity suites.
