Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate operational support tasks for assigned client programs, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing professional and efficient responses.
- Maintain and update client records, databases, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Monitor program performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and programs, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Uphold company policies and compliance standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client support, administrative roles, or operational coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities.
