Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Provide expert consultation and tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective negotiation.
- Document client interactions and feedback to improve service offerings and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client consulting, or relationship management (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
