Responsibility

  • Review and investigate incoming claims regarding lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.
  • Analyze supporting documentation, photographs, and operational reports to determine claim validity.
  • Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and customers to gather necessary information.
  • Ensure all claim resolutions comply with J&T Express service standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Process claims within established turnaround times to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all claim activities in the internal database.
  • Identify recurring issues or trends in claims and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Assist in drafting responses to customers regarding claim status and final resolution outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a claims processing, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and database management tools.
  • Ability to remain objective and professional when dealing with complex or sensitive claim issues.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
