Based in the vibrant Badung region (covering areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Kuta), youâll play a key role in supporting Shopeeâs commitment to delivering exceptional service to sellers and customers across Bali and beyond.
Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve KPIs in accuracy, productivity, and safety.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, transportation, customer service) to streamline logistics processes.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in all warehouse operations.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in managing teams and improving operational efficiency in logistics or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis.
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
