Responsibility
- Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels across Shopee's logistics network in Indonesia.
- Collaborate with Warehouse and Transportation teams to forecast demand and align inventory with sales projections.
- Monitor inventory turnover, identify slow-moving or excess stock, and propose corrective actions to minimize holding costs.
- Analyze inventory data using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to generate reports and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with SCommerce teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking for promotions, flash sales, and seasonal demand spikes.
- Support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management tools and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline logistics processes and reduce lead times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or logistics operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Experience with inventory management tools (e.g., WMS, TMS) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Certifications in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) or logistics are advantageous.
