Responsibility
- Verify and validate claims submissions to ensure all required information and documents are complete and accurate.
- Process claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Liaise with clients, insurance agents, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain detailed records of claims processing activities and updates in the company database.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries of claims data for management review.
- Provide administrative support to the claims team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive claims information.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in claims processing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or claims processing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with claims management software.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
