Responsibility
- Develop detailed civil land designs and subdivision plans using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet technical and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and revise engineering drawings, site plans, and grading plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and verify design accuracy.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and finalize designs.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation and design files.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil drafting, land development, or subdivision design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with other design software such as Civil 3D or SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Experience with Indonesian building codes and land development regulations is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
