Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive infrastructure plans for civil engineering projects in Bali.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and government agencies to ensure project compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability and resource requirements.
- Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with local communities and authorities to address concerns and facilitate smooth project implementation.
- Utilize advanced planning software and tools to optimize project workflows and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil infrastructure planning or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Primavera.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans for infrastructure development.
- Experience working on projects in Bali or similar tropical environments is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
