Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement automation systems to streamline manufacturing and operational processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for automation projects.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of automation equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automated systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality protocols.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technical staff on automation best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for continuous optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in automation engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation software.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IEC) and safety regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
