Responsibility
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities for roads, bridges, and buildings to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain adherence to engineering designs and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies to streamline project execution and resolve conflicts.
- Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Enforce strict safety and environmental compliance in accordance with Indonesian and international construction standards.
- Mentor and train engineering staff and labor teams to uphold best practices in construction methodologies and quality control.
- Utilize project management software and tools to monitor progress, track KPIs, and optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role on infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, or buildings).
- Proven expertise in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, safety standards (e.g., OSHA, SNI), and environmental compliance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, or other engineering and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Certifications such as PMP, PE (Professional Engineer), or equivalent are highly advantageous.
