Responsibility
- Assist in the deployment and integration of AIoT solutions for clients across industries such as smart cities, industrial automation, and healthcare.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AIoT hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop customized AIoT solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including user manuals, application notes, and whitepapers.
- Stay updated on emerging AIoT trends, technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation.
- Travel to client sites across Bali and other regions as needed to provide on-site support and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical role, such as Field Application Engineering, Embedded Systems, or IoT development.
- Hands-on experience with AIoT hardware (e.g., sensors, gateways, edge devices) and software (e.g., AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or JavaScript for embedded systems and AI applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-world environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, LoRaWAN) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
