Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, assessments, and feasibility studies to support project planning and execution.
- Develop and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans in collaboration with architects and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate with local authorities, clients, and vendors to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all construction work meets industry and company standards.
- Resolve technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and site personnel, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.E. or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site-based project management.
- Proven track record of managing infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices, including familiarity with local Indonesian regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, or other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous but not required.
