Responsibility
- Oversee and manage fit-out projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to align project goals, specifications, and deliverables.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and review project schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure material procurement and logistics are streamlined to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical drawings, and documentation for stakeholders and management.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee workmanship meets industry and client expectations.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; licensed engineer preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in fit-out or interior construction projects.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia/SEA.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or Primavera for project planning and design.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
