Sinarindo Megantara is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team for a project-based role in Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact construction and infrastructure projects in one of Indonesia’s most rapidly developing regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.
As a Staff Sipil (Civil Engineer), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and local authorities, to bring innovative and sustainable solutions to life.
This contract position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 4,000,000 – IDR 6,000,000 per month, along with the chance to work on diverse and challenging projects that shape Bali’s future. Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate project timelines and resource allocation.
- Review and approve technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering designs for compliance with regulations and project requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to overcome project obstacles.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and team members, to ensure project transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards, including familiarity with local regulations in Bali.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other engineering software for design and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus, with strong technical writing and reporting abilities.
