Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement cost-effective engineering solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of materials and labor.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to overcome project obstacles.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to communicate project updates and address concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with local and international engineering standards and regulations.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites as required.
