Responsibility
- Develop and implement structured lesson plans tailored to adult learners within a corporate environment.
- Conduct daily or weekly Chinese language instruction sessions focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Create engaging learning materials, including worksheets, flashcards, and conversational exercises.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages participation and builds student confidence.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and proficiency levels among staff.
- Monitor attendance and report progress to management as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Chinese Language, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Excellent command of Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) and proficiency in English/Malay for effective communication.
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching Chinese as a second language is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Highly organized, patient, and capable of managing time effectively.
- Passionate about education and committed to helping adult learners achieve their language goals.
- Ability to work full-time in our Kuala Lumpur office location.
