Responsibility
- Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Digital Transformation: Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud computing, IoT) to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- IT Infrastructure: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and reliable IT systems and infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, product teams, and external partners to ensure technology initiatives support business growth and customer needs.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Establish robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to protect company data and assets.
- Budget Management: Optimize technology investments by managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, and cost-effective solutions.
- Innovation & R&D: Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to keep the company at the forefront of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 10 years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a CTO, Head of Technology, or equivalent in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of software development, system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern DevOps practices.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business goals into actionable technology strategies and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional people management abilities, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and the ability to align technology with revenue growth.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and creative thinker with a solutions-oriented approach to overcoming technical and business challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
