Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the retail and consumer products sector.
- Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and offline promotions.
- Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure aligned messaging and cohesive brand experiences.
- Manage budget allocation and ROI tracking for all marketing initiatives, optimizing spend for maximum impact.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, agencies, and media outlets to amplify brand reach.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing) and traditional channels.
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market, particularly Bali, and its consumer behavior trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset.
