Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration in the financial sector.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Oversee multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and offline) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms, aligning with company values and goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to measure campaign performance, ROI, and customer insights, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to amplify reach.
- Product Marketing: Lead the go-to-market strategy for new financial products, including pricing, promotion, and distribution.
- Team Development: Mentor and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to financial regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 8+ years in marketing leadership, with at least 3 years in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement high-impact marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Digital Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation) and social media platforms.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience with data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance optimization.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial products, market trends, and customer behavior in Indonesia.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced certification is a plus.
