Responsibility
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, engagement metrics) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and user experience to drive organic traffic.
- Manage budgets for paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and track ROI.
- Organize and execute events, promotions, and partnerships to boost customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Age between 25–40 years old with a passion for marketing and creativity.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, or CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, or B2B marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
