Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition for BRI Finance.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to enhance online presence.
- Oversee traditional marketing efforts, such as print, radio, and events, to reach diverse audiences in Bali.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Represent BRI Finance at industry events, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within financial services.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
