Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on financial products and services.
- Lead brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels, including digital, print, and experiential marketing.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to launch new financial offerings and optimize existing ones.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities in Bali’s financial sector.
- Manage marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and performance metrics to ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Strengthen customer relationships through targeted loyalty programs and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma-3 (D3) in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing leadership, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content strategy.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
