Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition in the financial services sector.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels and aligning messaging with company values.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create data-driven marketing plans that support business growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovative marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and measure ROI on all campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in financial services).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian financial market and regulatory environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
