Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals in the finance sector.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for financial products/services.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive messaging and regulatory adherence.
- Manage marketing budgets, ROI analysis, and performance reporting for leadership.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and data-driven decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, partnerships, and media engagements to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (finance sector advantage).
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies for financial services or fintech.
- Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics tools).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and KPI tracking.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
