Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and measure campaign performance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team to achieve KPIs and business targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, partnerships, and media engagements to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably as a CMO or Marketing Director.
- Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing within a fast-paced, competitive industry.
- Fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach and a passion for innovation.
