Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to enhance online presence.
  • Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and measure campaign performance (KPIs, ROI).
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partnerships, and stakeholder meetings to strengthen brand reputation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with at least 3 years as a CMO or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, brand development, and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making (Google Analytics, CRM tools).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the Indonesian market or Southeast Asia is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
  • Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
