Responsibility
- Oversee all engineering operations across multiple luxury properties in Bali
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment
- Manage capital expenditure projects and facility upgrades
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards
- Lead a team of engineers and maintenance staff with professional development focus
- Optimize energy management systems and sustainability initiatives
- Coordinate with property management on renovation and expansion projects
- Maintain 24/7 emergency response protocols for all technical systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in hospitality engineering with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record managing large-scale facility operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and crisis management ability
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (additional languages a plus)
- Certification in hotel engineering or facility management preferred
- Willingness to travel between properties in Bali
