Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of concierge professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement concierge strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive brand loyalty.
- Curate personalized itineraries, recommendations, and exclusive experiences tailored to guest preferences.
- Collaborate with local vendors, tour operators, and partners to secure premium services and amenities.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve service standards and address concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and cultural highlights to provide expert guidance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, networking opportunities, and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concierge or guest services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Bali's attractions, culture, and local customs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
