Responsibility
- Operate and monitor solvent recovery systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality control tests on recovered solvents to meet industry and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, recovery rates, and system performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in solvent recovery equipment and processes.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including handling hazardous materials and wearing appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recovery processes and reduce waste.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of recovery systems and related instrumentation.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in chemical processing, solvent recovery, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of chemical safety, handling, and disposal procedures.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, and process control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) for effective communication.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali and adapt to shift schedules if required.
