Responsibility
- Monitor and control chemical production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain chemical processing equipment, including reactors, mixers, and distillation units.
- Conduct regular quality checks and sample testing to verify product specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production line to minimize downtime.
- Document process parameters, deviations, and corrective actions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including the handling of hazardous materials and use of PPE.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in chemical processing, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of chemical safety protocols, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Hands-on experience with process control systems (DCS, PLC) and laboratory equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shift-based environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certifications in OSHA, HAZMAT, or similar safety training are advantageous.
