Responsibility
- Conduct thorough product checks to ensure quality, freshness, and compliance with company standards
- Verify inventory accuracy by cross-checking physical stock with system records
- Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock to minimize waste
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization according to company guidelines
- Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Prepare daily reports on inventory discrepancies and quality control findings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or related field is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or quality control
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
