Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough product checks to ensure quality, freshness, and compliance with company standards
  • Verify inventory accuracy by cross-checking physical stock with system records
  • Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock to minimize waste
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization according to company guidelines
  • Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Prepare daily reports on inventory discrepancies and quality control findings
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or related field is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or quality control
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
