As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our distribution channels, ensuring seamless product availability, and driving sales performance across Bali’s most strategic locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta. With a competitive salary range of IDR 16M–20M per month and a 6-day workweek, this full-time position offers both professional growth and work-life balance in one of Indonesia’s most sought-after regions.

Responsibility
- Assist in managing and expanding distribution channels across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product restocking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key stakeholders.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns and in-store activations to boost brand visibility.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales metrics, channel performance, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand messaging and consumer demand.
- Resolve customer and retailer inquiries promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or channel management (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran) as needed.
- Passion for the retail industry and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work 6 days a week with 1 day off, as per the company’s schedule.
