Responsibility
- Oversee and manage e-commerce and marketplace channels to ensure optimal performance and sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Ensure accurate and timely product listings, promotions, and inventory updates across all digital platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketplace metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior team members to ensure high standards of performance and adherence to company policies.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital retail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work fully on-site at designated locations in Bali.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
