Responsibility
- Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants (0-3 years) aligned with early childhood development standards.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Conduct observations and assessments to track developmental milestones and tailor teaching approaches.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support holistic child development.
- Organize and lead interactive activities, including storytelling, sensory play, and motor skill exercises.
- Maintain detailed records of each childâs progress, behavior, and daily routines.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols in the classroom.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- EY1 or EY2 Certification by ECDA (or equivalent early childhood education qualification).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in infant/toddler education (fresh graduates with certification are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and staff.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young learners.
- Ability to work flexible hours (may include early mornings or afternoons).
- Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-based learning approaches is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
