Responsibility
- Assist in daily manufacturing operations, including process monitoring, data collection, and performance analysis.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by coordinating with engineering teams to ensure smooth product transitions.
- Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to track KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve workflow and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, logistics) to resolve operational challenges.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma or other methodologies.
- Assist in business operations tasks, such as inventory management, capacity planning, and cost analysis.
- Document procedures, best practices, and technical specifications for operational consistency.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, semiconductor technology, or NPI workflows is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization techniques is advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
