Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term strategies to achieve growth targets, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-performance outcomes in academics, marketing, and customer experience.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Marketing & Outreach: Drive brand awareness and enrollment (or service uptake) through targeted marketing campaigns and community engagement.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, parents (if applicable), and local authorities.
- Quality Assurance: Implement systems to monitor and enhance service quality, academic standards, or operational metrics.
- Innovation & Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, technology adoption, and service diversification.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a senior management role, preferably as a Center Director, Operations Manager, or similar in education, hospitality, or service industries.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams, delegate effectively, and foster a positive work culture.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a track record of resolving complex operational challenges.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience liaising with government bodies, investors, or community leaders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment like Bali.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
