Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues related to CCTV cameras, recording equipment, and network connections.
- Supervise and train a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
- Monitor CCTV footage and systems to identify and address potential security threats or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate CCTV systems with other security technologies.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to surveillance and security systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CCTV system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical knowledge of surveillance systems, including IP cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
- Experience in supervising and training technical staff.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Certification in CCTV systems or related technologies is a plus.
