Responsibility
- Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end catering projects, from initial client consultations to final delivery, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients (hotels, corporations, event planners) to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Concept Development: Design innovative, scalable catering solutions tailored to client needs, incorporating local flavors and global trends.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to ensure seamless service for events of all sizes.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, cost control, and profitability analysis while identifying upsell opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams (chefs, servers, logistics) to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging client demands to position Zen Career as a market leader.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all catering operations adhere to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and local legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in F&B project management, institutional catering, or large-scale event catering, preferably in a luxury or high-volume setting.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Bali’s hospitality landscape, including cultural nuances, supplier networks, and client expectations.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts under tight deadlines.
- Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, P&L management, and cost optimization for catering projects.
- Client-Facing Expertise: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage high-profile clients.
- Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical approach to overcoming logistical challenges and last-minute changes.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), CRM systems, and F&B software.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus.
