Responsibility

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients (hotels, corporations, event planners) to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Concept Development: Design innovative, scalable catering solutions tailored to client needs, incorporating local flavors and global trends.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to ensure seamless service for events of all sizes.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, cost control, and profitability analysis while identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams (chefs, servers, logistics) to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications
