As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient stock management, demand forecasting, and reporting to support our retail operations. Your expertise in Excel (including advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP) will be critical in analyzing Days of Stock (DOS) and generating actionable insights to drive business growth.
Based in one of Bali’s most dynamic business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance inventory turnover, and contribute to strategic planning. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting tools, including spreadsheets, Pivot Tables, and advanced lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) to track inventory and sales performance.
- Conduct Days of Stock (DOS) Analysis to optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and improve turnover rates.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align stock availability with demand forecasts.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on category performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development of category plans by analyzing market data, competitor activity, and consumer trends.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data management.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for assigned product categories.
- Provide administrative support for inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in category planning, inventory management, or retail operations support.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, data validation, and macros).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
