Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and integrity.
- Provide friendly, professional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and ensure all equipment is functional.
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Balance cash registers at the end of shifts and prepare daily sales reports.
- Upsell menu items or promotions when appropriate to boost revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cashiering, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
